this is an old wallpaper that i created over a year ago...extract below was copied from my wallpaper on animepaper.net

this time its the lads from Bleach
what can i say it took a good week to finish this whenever i had freetime off work and from seeing friends and family

the vector of Ichigo,Ishida and Chad was taken from this scan [link]
(Thanks to TANtei from AP for the wonderful scan).As you can see it was grainy so lets just say it took me awhile to vector them (alot of detail was put into this)

next was the footpath and drain....i know its not the best but hey first time ive tried drawing freehand instead for tracing screenshots ...played with a bit of texturing and this was the end result
The building on the right was entirely designed by hand (as you see its a simple building) while the buildings on the left were vectored from the following scan from episode 214 of the Bleach Manga... [link]

the two hollows were vectored from screenshots of the anime
the road has a bit of texture on it to give it that asphalt look

anyway this is the final product...i gotta admit i like the way it turned out...i know many people will not but hey i designed this wallpaper for myself

finally i can proudly say that i suck at using the pen tool...cannot get a grasp of it....this whole wallpaper was designed with the Polygonal Lasso Tool (yes the Polygonal Lasso Tool )

anyway hope you guys and girls like , any comments for improvement and critisism is welcome

Time : 20 hours
Layers : 21 (thats after i merged Numerous layers so technically you can say it was about 40 layers)

UPDATE 2: MADE SOME SLIGHT IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WALLIE

REMOVED THE TEXTURING ON THE BUILDINGS
ADDED SHADOWS TO THE BOYS AND PLAYED AROUND WITH THE LIGHTING
CHANGED THE SKY TO A DARKER SHADE AND ADDED LIGHTNING
